While Active Directory
Users and Computers is very powerful, if you only want to make a quick change
it can be a pain having to remote desktop to multiple servers to access the various components. Our Users and Computers
section brings all the commonly used parts into an easy to access location that
can be run from anywhere on your network, including the user home directory and quotas, exchange, plus many additional features:
- Bulk import users from CSV file based on existing user templates, auto creating home directories, shares and setting group membership
- Reset passwords and query disk space usage
- Perform actions on multiple users in a single click, including mailbox creation or add to group
- Rename user accounts where staff have got married and automatically update email aliases and home directory paths
- Create multiple templates, based on OU, so different accounts can easily be created with the correct settings
